Who Can Get Udyam Registration?
The organizations which are eligible for Udyam Registration are either manufacturer or service providers.
In other words, Traders who buy, sell, import, or export the goods are not even eligible for applying for Udyam Registration.
What is the criteria for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises?
1. Micro Enterprises
Investment up to Rs 1 Cr and turnover up to Rs 5 Cr.
2. Small Enterprises
Investment up to Rs 10 Cr and turnover up to Rs 50 Cr
3. Medium Enterprises
Investment upto Rs 50 Cr and turnover upto Rs250 Cr

Is PAN and GSTIN mandatory for UDYAM Registration?
Ministry has given relaxation to entities that do not have a PAN or GSTIN until 31/03/2021.
They can take registration on self-declaration basis upto 31/03/2021 and thereafter, PAN and GSTIN shall be mandatory.
Can I have more than one UDYAM registration under same PAN?
No you cannot take more than one Udyam registration with a single PAN.
