The primary objective of the MSME Samadhaan portal is to monitor the delayed payments of MSME sector. Through this Portal MSMEs can file online application in case of delayed payment from your buyer.
Buyer of goods or services from MSME should make payment as per the agreed terms which shall not be longer than 45 days, if buyer defaults in payment within 45 days supplier is eligible to receive the payment including interest as enforced by MSMED Act, 2006. In such case the rate of interest shall be, at three times of the bank rate notified by the Reserve Bank.
